Upon arrival room door had issuses, smelled alot of cigarettes. Pool was under maintenance. I was told I could get a refund and when I did agree front desk refused to give me a receipt showing cancelation and refund. She stated I would receive an email but haven't since.

There was lack of communication between staff. I called in advance and they told me I can check in after 12am. Got there after 12 over night staff said I can't, told him I got told I can. Then he call my cool at 5am first stating my card wasn't working, then saying they haven't received my information from booking, then he said their system is down! My room door wouldn't close all the way. The mattress was disgusting, they haven't changed it in years. The stairs smelled like piss! They tried to charge me another deposit! Overall this hotel was trash. Not worth your money.

Yeah this is a place I would definitely avoid next time. Just rather pay an extra 40 dollars for a non smoking hotel and go outside to smoke a cigarette.. requested for extra towels, tissue and a remote to turn tv down. Luckily I brought my Roku from my projector. Front desk was rude when I first arrived she didn't want to get towels and tissue saying housekeeping will be in around 11:30 am... then the first night we get there...why are they vacuuming at 10 o'clock at night on the third floor???..made no sense ... We stayed on the third floor and they seriously need to rip up that carpet and put some new carpet down. I am so sure every room needs a better cleaning because the entire floor smelled like dog crap and cat piss. Glad I brought bleach and Lysol and my own bath towels. I only seen one roach in the room so I guess that's a plus. The heat didn't work worth a dang and the lights they had on the wall were all broke. Only had the light from entry and bathroom light and one by the window. Breakfast wasn't anything only coffee ..but I went to the store Casey's ...and their coffee sucked! Overall review of this place...Drive Past Fast!!!
