Before I ever even book a room I always contact the property concerning my two large dogs I give full descriptions of each and guarantee they are allowed. I did this at res roof then after three days the manager evicted me saying only one dog per room despite your policy saying two were allowed and she kept my 100 deposit when I clearly asked the front desk at check in and called before booking! It's a must with their size and despite being told they were welcome they clearly weren't and I was caused excessive hardship due to the experience

I rate this structure 1 because it is not possible to give it 0. Dirty, smells of cannabis, strange and unsavory people wandering around the property, hair, insects flying around, in short, the dirtiest room I have ever seen in my life. I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Don't sleep in this motel at all.

Dirty on the outside, someone puked on the only staircase I saw, people tweaking off drugs in the back , sketchy people walking around, it smelted weird inside, spots of like blood or something on the lamp shade and floor , appliances were rusted and peeling , back of toilet seat was cracked , shower has paint missing and dents in it , wifi was horrible… not necessarily their fault , the tv skipped all 3 nights ..

The rooms were nice, I had an issue where one of the beds had a dirty blanket. The lady at the front desk offered us another room which was nice because the linens closet was locked. We just used our own blanket

The amount of dope fiends and crackheads around. I wouldn’t recommend a woman or her kids walk around at night. Luckily my husband was with us but those ppl are crazy and not safe

Acceptable for the price. We just wanted a quick stop off and sleep and it did just that.

Cheap and basic.
Positives:
The location was ok, but it was full of homeless panhandlers and drug addicts. I couldn’t walk to or from my room without being approached by someone asking for money or asking me if I wanted to purchase drugs. The room was dirty, stinky and old looking with bad, sticky, flooring and bedding full of cigarette burns. The tub was burned with cigarettes, and the furniture too. I realize that I stayed in a smoking room but people are charged a deposit for those very reasons. I suggest using those deposits to replace the items that inconscientious smokers damage! Ovrrall it was a horribly dirty, smelly room that was unpleasant to look at, and I didn’t feel safe with the element that surrounds the motel constantly. The one and only decent thing about my stay was the staff members that I checked in/out with were quite nice and professional.
