Positives:
The location was better than expected and convenient to the river park event we were there to attend. I also appreciated that we could easily walk along the little canal right behind the hotel to a variety of restaurants. The pool was clean and a blessing since there was extremely hot weather during our stay. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The breakfast was meh and the area got very crowded in the morning.

Staff: The staff were generally helpful and accommodating. Alison at the front desk was particularly fabulous and provided excellent assistance.

The rooms are outdated for the price you're charged. The dinning room chairs are peeling. This hotel needs a major renovation. Also, why are you charging the customers that remain with your hotel a parking fee? That should be free to the customers that are paying to stay at your facility.
