Positives: Location is near restaurants and Quail Springs Mall. There is a fair amount of free parking in front and outback behind the hotel. Outdoor pool was closed for season, expected gym and lounge with TV and breakfast serving area. Breakfast comes with room, was simple and standard - eggs, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, yoghurt and waffle machine. Coffee and juices available as well. Room was spacious and generally comfortable. Bed comfy, sofa fine, expected amenities, work desk, wifi, A/C, cable, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, bathroom just good size and in working order.
Negatives: Room came with a kitchenette with basic cups, glasses, plates, spoons, forks & knives. There is a stovetop but no pots or pans for preparing food. There is a microwave.

Positives: The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfasts were above and beyond the usual hotel breakfast set up. My room was clean and comfortable, stylish.
Negatives: I parked in the back parking lot and entered through the pool/rear entrance. It was dirty and the trees were dying.
