The valet staff was incredibly rude. When I went down to let them know I needed my car but never received a text, the attendant argued with me and belittled me. The room was incredibly hot and wouldn't cool off. Within hours of checking out I realized I had left our pillows. They claim they can't find them and 3 days later I am still waiting on a return phone call from the Housekeeping Manager.
