The staffs were friendly, the hotel was neat and clean. The room was nice and clean, quiet, beds was super comfortable. The hotel does have safety including elevator that keeps intruder out. Only way to access is by using the card key. Good walking distance to restaurant, events and sight seeing.

Loved the set up and the entire hotel looked beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent!
Negatives:
However, the refrigerator was filthy with someone having leaked something in it and no one bothered to clean it. I would recommend that they think about remodeling them a bit because the carpet looked stained and shabby and was lifted in certain areas, making a trip hazard. The bed skirt was also stained.

Hi. The room was good. But the service was not up to par. First the valet parking service was not good. On day 1, they sent me a link to request the car but the last 2 they didn't even though I requested that they do. I had to go down myself to request it and wait 15 min. Second, I requested coffee packets to the room, they never did deliver and I had to go down and get it. Third, I called the front desk at 5 am to request a bill. No one answered, when I went down there were 2 people sitting there with headphones on their phones. Really unacceptable service. This is expected out of a motel but no a reputable hotel.
