I like the retro quality of this hotel, and the location can't be beat. Large, very comfortable beds, room was spacious but cozy.
Negatives:
One of the elevators was broken during the duration of my 2-day stay. Bar needs a much better beer selection. Some common areas were a bit dingy, especially near the pool.

The valet guy was awesome. Wish I got his name. He was the highlight of the visit.

No trash bags, table was broken, the chair was so nasty no one would sit in it. The tub had a hole the size of a man's foot (the towels in the picture showing it). Idk if it was because we used Booking app or if every room is this bad.

I didn't like that when I called to confirm the hotels amenities they informed me that all the suites have a Jacuzzi tub, but when I arrived there wasn't. The hot tub wasn't working, TV had issues and I was informed that the breakfast was included , to my surprise it wasn't and they charged me $18 each for a buffet breakfast.

Loved the pool area. The room was very nice and I lived those pillows! Very nice and clean and relaxing
It's a beautiful hotel though. And close to all the downtown stuff you want to explore. Aka bricktown.
Negatives:
There were no microwaves. My fridge didn't work. And there's a breakfast available only if you want to pay $28 per adult for it.
Also I never did find an ice machine!

Positives:
Very nice room in a very fine hotel. Really difficult to fault anything within the hotel, and handily placed for the Bricktown area a short walk away which has good bars and restaurants. Oklahoma City Bomb Memorial also within walking distance.
Negatives:
As a foot tourist using Amtrak and internal flights, one member of staff didn't seem to appreciate or care that much that I might need help booking a taxi to the local airport. Thankfully trying again with a colleague I was successful and they booked me with Syadur Rahman +1 (929) - 421 - 5574, who provided excellent service with a smile.

The ice machine was out of ice on the 4th floor so I went to the 3rd floor and it was out also. Went to front desk and they told me to go to the bar and get ice the guy at the bar told me to try the other floors because he wouldn’t be there all night but he did give me ice. Also the hot tub wasn’t working Friday night
