Negatives: Made reservations 2 1/2 months in advance. Ask for ground floor room due to me and my dad being disabled. Got there no room available had to take room on second floor and had to climb stairs. I slipped on steps and fell hurting my back and knee.

Positives: Didn’t like much. Didn’t have breakfast location fine. Tv didn’t work coffee pot didn’t work, I made reservations a month in advance ask for ground floor I’m disabled but they didn’t have one available.

Negatives: Ask for ground floor a month before me going there. I’m disabled they didn’t have room on ground floor. I had to climb stairs and they were slick so I fell on the stairs.

Positives: it was easy to locate. when I told the staff at checkout, they knew and seemed indifferent. it seems they may have no ability to make a difference. Possibly, management should listen to the staff.

Negatives: The entire floor sloped in our room and the toilet wobbled badly.
