I was given a room that was occupied by another person. Then I was given new room and the keys did not work. The cable tv was out and the ice machine was broken. I did NOT receive any room discount for all the troubles and unavailable services.

Staff was excellent. Such nice people there. They did a great job. Breakfast was good hours and set up nicely. Good selection of items.
Negatives:
I didn't like that with the few times we've gotten hotels thru booking.com we aren't notified the pool is closed for maintenance. Why on earth would they choose a busy holiday week to close a pool in the summer? I don't feel customers should have to pay full price if a pool is closed. It's part of the rate.

The building, the lobby was perfect. The breakfast was fabulous. The AC was great. The beds were comfortable. The staff was top notch and friendly. The bathroom was clean.
Negatives:
What you missed was basic. The carpet was dirty and stained. There were fruit loops and pistachio shells and dirt all over the carpet.how do you charge what you charge and not vacuum the floor? When we left, the maid cart was outside the room and I saw the vacuum they use. It was disgusting and filthy. Please use this opportunity to provide your maids a new vacuum cleaner they are proud to use that actually picks up dirt if they turn it on. Give them a shampooer machine to actually clean carpets. Carpets matter to paying guests. The details do matter!

Our room had some sort of leak under carpet perhaps or in a wall. We thought it was humidity but finally went to bed with shoes on so we didn’t get our feet wet when we went to the restroom. Too tired from driving all day to deal with it in the night. Suspect you will have a black mold problem. The worst nightmare of a night ever. Picked up laptop and all belongings off the floor that were getting soaked
