Great hot water, towels smelled fresh
Negatives:
Needed a remodel sooo bad. Missing floor tiles. Door to bathroom was in shambles, delaminating. Outside door had a gap could see daylight through the door and jam. Bed was so worn out felt like you were going to fall to the ground. I think it was a smoke detector was bagged up and pulled off the wall and left a 10X10 hole in the wall.

Coffee was good.toilet didn’t flush well. Very hard to get in the door. Took several times to get out it to work. Water leak in bathroom, the smell of cleaning supplies was sickening, could not sleep

I got a few hours of sleep, beyond that not much was good. I liked having some where to stay for a decent rate, but I felt like nobody should have to stay with roaches and stained bedding.
Negatives:
Roaches, sheet stains, toilet damage, uncomfortable beds. The room was disgusting. I placed the phone outside as it was a roach nest. The TV was a roach mest as well.
