Between Thursday, Jan 2nd, 2025 at midnight and Friday, Jan 3rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Jan 3rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: The person at the front desk had a smart ass attitude. Disrespectful and the room we were supposed to stay in one of them the floor was flooded and the other was occupied. Went to tell front desk and he was rude as hell. Asked him to please cancel my reservation and refund my money. Which they still haven’t returned it yet.

Positives: Beautiful lobby and comfortable bed.

Negatives: Our coffee maker was disgustingly dirty as was the tray it was located in. Showed the manager on duty and she stared at my phone for quite a while and didn’t offer anything. My husband said if you want to do anything it’s room #210. She said she’d bring up a coffee maker. She did not. Didn’t matter to her in the least. It was my 60th birthday trip and I was so disappointed.

Positives: Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for my visit with family. Bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable.

Negatives: Some staff were great Friendly and helpful Staff at checkout were rude Desk chair in my room was broken and filthy. Security lock on my door was falling out of the door, screws were loose,stripped. All the carpets need cleaning. The other Wyndham hotel in town is better maintained physically but this one bathrooms are cleaner.

Positives: I did not stay here because it was so rundown and sketch looking, but I didn’t feel comfort

Negatives: Online it looks like a beautiful place to stay in person. It looks like the picture was was 20 years old and none of it matched the room and matched the facilities didn’t match the outside didn’t match. I did not feel comfortable at all staying there so I ended up canceling and going and staying somewhere else. I would like my money back if I could.
