Fantastic we enjoyed our stay...
Positives:
I love the tv stand in the room. I also love the comfort of the King sized bed. My partner is 6'4 and we were both pretty comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs, including my request for a later checkout!
Negatives:
Unfortunately there is not much the property can do about the unhoused population nearby. The outside of the building is also VERY dated and does not give the typical "Aloft look" that I've known to love from other cities.

I liked the beds the decor the staff and how close it was to the cox business center

The bathroom door jammed the fridge in the room wasn't working the breakfast was very bland and tasteless also expensive and when we were being disturbed with several loud knocks at our door the staff couldn't do anything because it was only one lady how're you gonna leave a whole hotel of people in the care of one person no security
