Negatives: Manager never responded to a request for a 1st floor room. Argued with a customer over the room rate that was agreed to over the phone. No elevator. Dirty premises with furniture stuck in the halls. Basically a dirty, unfriendly place to stay.

Negatives: The owners were EXTREMELY rude. The watch your every move with cameras. Not pet friendly at all. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Drug bust in the parking lot during the day and fire trucks and ambulances by night. Halls are hot with no AC and have a nasty smell. Price really isnt good. Go somewhere else. I warned you.

Positives: Nothing I was charged for two nights however due to extensive storm damage in prior days the hotel had no electricity, and no phone service, so no guests or reservations were valid because they couldn't be open for business. That was a month ago.

Negatives: I am still waiting to be refunded for the two nights paid for but hotel no power or phones and it's still closed due too previous storm damage, I don't believe I should have had to pay when I couldn't stay out check in, no phone service either
