Negatives: They are extremely overpriced. I booked this trip online, paid in advance months ago on a budget, so I read everything ridiculously. After my 2 night stay, I see I'm charged $28 a night, for parking in their deck, which they gave me a key card to, as well as their breakfast being $17 a person for crap. The facility is old, bottoms of doors with multiple damages, AC was at 64' and continued to remain muggy at 76' on the 15th floor the whole stay, old trash and hair left in room, no microwave so if you get take out, you can't reheat it, just an unfortunate shit hole for the prices!!

Negatives: We were only in our rooms for a few minutes before we left for a concert, on the surface everything seemed good. We got back around 12 to go to bed. I got into bed in the dark and there was a folded towel under the comforter. We called the front desk and they said it may have been housekeeping folding towels and forgetting. They asked if we wanted new sheets and we said yes. After waiting for about 20 minutes we moved the towel to see if there was anything under. There was a yellow area that looked like it may have been urine it was covering. The hotel does not use fitted sheets so there is just a flat sheet on top of the mattress protector. The comforter looks like it has what might be blood on it. There was also hair and some trash that we had not seen over the furniture prior. We notified the front desk about the towel situation but we had not moved it to see the yellow stain prior. When we went downstairs to explain in more detail the situation, their solution was to just move us rooms, cover our parking fee, and throw in complementary breakfast. When I stated we weren’t going to be able to eat breakfast there the following morning, and honestly with their cleanliness standards I wouldn’t want to. I asked if there was any way to have the room rate dropped, the lady seemed annoyed but said they could take 20% off. The man working seemed really confused and just kept stating he was sorry for the inconvenience. I didn’t think that was fair but it was so late at this point neither me or my husband felt like dealing with it any further. In the new room the AC took a long time to cool down the room and while this bed thankfully did not have any urine or blood on it, the floors were incredibly sticky. At check out, the gentleman helping me ask about my stay and I explained the horrible situation to him. He was extremely apologetic and helpful. He ended up only charging me for one of the two rooms. And stated that we could still have breakfast if we would like.

Negatives: Deceptive offer, they said breakfast was already included and it wasn't. Don't offer a service.

Negatives: The parking is inconvenient. The parking cost $40 a day initially so you think the room price is a good price but you might as well add $40 to the daily rate. The sheets were stained, towels were stained and felt like drying off with sand paper. There's not a big selection of food or restaurants close by.

Negatives: I didn’t care for the cleanliness of the room upon arriving. I’ve stayed in 5 star and 1 star hotels. The cleanliness reflected that of a 1-2 star hotel. I did not like that I tried to call Made Market restaurant for over 10 minutes… and no one ever answered the phone. I have 4 babies under 3, so if I’m paying for a hotel that provides services as such, I expect the price to reflect good service. I ended up having to get my already upset kids dressed and go down there to place my order. I didn’t like how upon checking in, I didn’t receive your little cookies, didn’t receive any info about ANYTHING AT ALL. The clerk answered the phone, and pointed to my key and shoed me away. I didn’t know where the pool was, I mean he didn’t tell me anything at all. To summarize, the hotel itself is nice. However, I don’t like the service and I don’t think I will stay again or recommend to friends, family or coworkers.
