It was mostly redone inside. Our room was a newly remodeled room.

Their AC does not cool the rooms and isn’t working. After getting there and reading the reviews it seems it’s been that way for months. We called and notified the front desk and they said they would send someone up to our room to fix it…. They never sent anyone and ignored my message when I followed up. Also the plumbing has issues and the toilets get backed up and don’t flush correctly so we spent most of the time with a nonfunctional toilet in our room.

The suites were nice and the free buffets and drinks were good.

They were remodeling and we didn’t get a remodeled room. It was clean, but smelled. The hot water was very slow to come on. A lot of teenagers were making noise in the halls. It was very crowded and took a long time to get up and down the elevators.

We love this location, centrally located and about 20 minutes from everything. The pool is heated and well kept. The rooms are newly renovated. Cook to Order Breakfast is always spot on.

The managers reception has changed since we last visited and there is now an up charge for everything. Our room was warm, the thermostat doesn?t seem to change the temp which made for a restless night.

My daughter and I were here due to her son/grandsons death. Everyone of the staff members we came in contact with were so kind, compassionate and asked us to let them know how they could help. We even received spontaneous hugs. THANK YOU ALL for making this devastating time a little more tolerable!!
