Kids running up and down the halls after hours was a bit much, the screaming was even worse. The housekeeping made the bed and gave fresh towels but that's pretty much all the cleaning they did.

The breakfast was Great, Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits, Gravy, 3 kinds of Cereal, Waffle maker, and the specialty omelets are the best! Milk , Juice, Coffee, Really nice options!
In the evening Reception they had Chips and salsa, fruit choices, vegetables and a really good Ranch dip for a snack , and a couple Cocktails or a glass of wine for Adults to start the evening makes for a Great Stay.
Negatives:
I didn't like it was under Construction/Remodel but looking forward to the New look, I think they could have keep the construction area cleaner since they were staying open, and we had No access to a Ice Machine for the First couple days and had to ask the Bartender which is very busy, they did get one installed before we left on the 3rd day.

Positives:
The breakfast was good. The room was fairly clean. The older front desk staff lady with the red hair was very nice. I'm sorry I didn't get her name to mention it here. She was really a team player. The hotel was located in a good location.
Negatives:
The bartender working on Wednesday 7/24 during the business reception ruined my entire day. She insisted on seeing my drink tickets. However, she allowed a white man to get his drink without a ticket. He said he didn't get a ticket. I didn't receive a drink ticket either when I checked in and explained that to her as well. I don't have a problem with rules, I do, however, have a problem when there are different standards for upholding the rules. I'm not playing the race or the sex card, but I am playing the cards she dealt. She also said there was a limit to the number of complementary drinks. I have stayed at embassy suites across the country, and this was the first time I heard about a limit. This was quite honestly my worst stay at an embassy suite. If I should ever go back to Tulsa Oklahoma, I know I won't be staying at the embassy suites.

Breakfast was better than most places I have stayed. They had a variety of options. Fresh fruit every day, coffee, oatmeal, potatoes. I don't eat meat or eggs but I noticed people having that.
