Positives: Comfortable and roomy

Negatives: Our room had a shower and no bath. Most likely a handicap room but was not disclosed to us at booking or checkin. Air conditioner was complicated and took us a while to figure out. Staff was not knowledgeable enough to help us either.

Positives: The location was close to the Expo Center. The staff did try to help solve the room and facility issues .

Negatives: One reason we booked the hotel was that it had a pool. The website failed to mention it was closed after Labor Day. Website also showed a smoothie bar for breakfast. No smoothie bar. Our room door was broken and we had to ask staff to let us in the room each time.

Negatives: The sleeper sofas mattress was paper thin. We stacked the couch cushions underneath the mattress only to find a huge gross stain on the mattress. The extra blankets for the sofa bed were not in the room.
