I had a reservation booked several months out and when we arrived; they could not find my reservation and scolded me for using a 3rd party and not booking with them directly. I have used this 3rd party for many of vacations and short getaways and have never had an issue. I would have been understanding of the issue if the manager wasn't so condescending and just didn't care that we had nowhere to go and they had nothing available except for 4 rooms that didn't have AC. So, we ended up leaving without a room and thankfully, found something for double the cost of what I had already reserved. I would strongly recommend that if this is a constant issue with 3rd party booking (because people can get discounts or so they say...), I would not continue to pay them the contract fees etc.. We would have had to drive hours to get back home if we couldn't find a room; and we were trying to do the right thing and not have a few drinks and drive home. I have 2 more shows in the next few months and conveniently, the rooms that have been reserved are at this location as well. They are not under my name but I've already notified them of the situation and advised them to call the hotel to verify the reservations. Curious to see how the staff is this time...

Window shade broke as soon as we got there, asked for no feather pillows(I have allergies) and was full of feather pillows, breakfast sucked, bed was hard, tv was not working, paying for parking on top of a $200 room, elevators were sooooo slow, noise level was awful.
