Location was great for our baseball tournament location, which was our reason for travel.
Negatives:
Our first room smelled like mildew, so we were able to switch rooms. The room we moved into was dirty. The molding of the bathroom door frames from broken, the bathroom floor had piles of dirt in the corners, and the overall room didn’t feel clean. We stayed one night and it was way overpriced, even for a clean room and clean hotel, so I felt our price for the dirty place we stayed, was a rip off.

the bathroom door was broken. the faucet in the shower was almost impossible to turn on. the bed was so bad i had to sleep on the chair at the desk.

The evening desk person was really nice and helpfull
Negatives:
Nobody cleaned our room during our stay. The door to the outside in the pool room was so hard to open it we couldn't even open it to go outside. Not many tv channels at all most of the channels were home shopping network and nobody wants to see that. Coffee was always empty or cold

Staff and the first floor was nice.
Negatives:
Shower was barely warm two nights in a row, stains on the ceiling, screw holes and pencil marks in bathroom wall, trim was broke and sticking out on bathroom door and wall, night stand drawer would not stay shut, 2nd floor ice machine out of service, Sheetrock and remodeling trash in a pile in the hallway!
