They are doing construction next door and my room was located right next to the construction. They could see into my room and the noise was unbearable. It started at 6:40 am to 5 pm Monday-Saturday!!! The staff and management didn’t care at all.

I left my toiletry bag hanging in the bathroom when we checked out. When I called the front desk a few hours later, the man told me that nothing was turned in to the front desk and another guest was already in the room. He said he would check all the housekeeping carts and call me back to let me know if it was there. He never called me back. I can only surmise that my bag was either kept by staff or thrown away- both unacceptable. And the lack of follow-up from the receptionist indicates a lack of concern. My bag had a lot of products and makeup that were not insignificant in value as well as a very nice necklace. I'm very disappointed.
