Negatives: i had them move me rooms twice because the bathtubs in both rooms before were dirty and looked as if mold was along the sides, not sure didn’t examine all the way. the rooms had a very distinctive smell as well, after going in the final room, the shower barely worked and standing in the tub, felt as if i was about to fall through the ceiling. pillows were comfy but the bed was a little uncomfortable for my partner.

Negatives: We left one day earlier and they wouldn't give us a refund that sucked

Negatives: We had roaches, elevator stunk like pee, no parking, only one wash cloth and was told to use a hand towel, bag of trash stack up along wall at the pool, just dirty.

Negatives: The lobby seemed nice, but I wasn't greeted properly and there was almost no care or thought taken to tell me where my room may be. The pool was closed. The hotel was DIRTY. I got ambushed by a wolf spider just walking into the hotel room. They provided me with a smoking room, despite requesting non smoking. And you could smell the smoke right away. The hotel room got tore up by a previous guest: carpet was missing, ripped, had holes, or was stained; the wooden desk and dresser had been marred heavily and was extremely dirty; the fridge had been punched; the walls and doors were filthy; the sheet set smelled like a carton of cigarettes; there were no trash cans, and they provided me with a lightly shat on office chair that tilted to the left whenever you sat on it. (I had to put a towel on it just to use it. GROSS) Housekeeping visited my room once during my stay, and didn't speak English, so the barrier was hard to deal with when trying to ask for the trash can. It is LOUD, with guests screaming and going in and out all hours of the night. There is also a large church next door that has late night mass, so be prepared for loud car exhaust and horns. Drugged up and drunk individuals roam the area, so it's definitely not a safe place to bring children. The wifi is non-existent. The 'breakfast' consisted of biscuits and gravy, and make it yourself waffles. Don't ask the ladies behind the counter for anything else because they won't get it for you. It's not even 1/4 of the breakfast I've had at smaller and similar hotels. If you're in the market for a decent place to stay over a few days, do NOT go here.
