Quality Inn Tulsa Central

Negatives: The fact that they told us ONCE WE GOT THERE that there would be a security deposit when nothing was ever said during the booking process months ago. The fact that u walk in and all u smell is remnants of MOLD growing!! Place was clean but mold everywhere.

Negatives: The room was nothing at all what the pictures showed and there was food still in the mini refrigerator in the room when we arrived

Negatives: Tried to cancel with Booking.com but couldnt so stuck here 4 days. Had to change rooms. First one was dirty and had no bathroom door. Then second room was decent but location is terrible & bathtub was filthy.

Negatives: When we went to eat breakfast around 8:30 there was hardly anything to eat so we ended up going somewhere to eat. Also there was a homeless guy hanging out by the stairs asking for money every time I went to my car.

Negatives: Everything! The TV didn't turn on I had to pull out the tv stand and look for the power cord, it was behind the TV Stand where there was months and years worth of trash and dead bugs and dust. Finally got the TV to turn on and then the Television was stuck on one channel, USA, and the movie The Hobbit was playing back to back every day we were there. I told the front desk every day and they kept saying they will fix it and the manager would call me and the guy never reached out to me. I went down there and Asked for WiFi password so my daughter and us could use it and they gave me the password and it literally only worked in the office and at no other room. There was mountains of cockroaches everywhere out side. Where ever you walked you had roach guts all over your shoes and then you would walk in your room. This place was disgusting! They should be shut down.

Negatives: Other Hotels when providing a breakfast,, have bacon and sausage and scrambled eggs along with the biscuts and gravey and the waffle maker and cereals.. The large dining table looked like it was gotten at a rumage sale along with the chairs that were tall enough to be at a bar not a table. ( the table looked like it had been out in the rain for awhile as the outside edges were swollen and the plastic edging was falling off) Probably got it at the county fair sale... The bathroom door had screws into the door jam that stood proud and wouldn't let the door to close,, not that it could as the jam that the handset bolt goes into was broken out and a foot of the wood was missing. I also had to finish the toilet seat install as some one doesn't know how to tighten the new style plastic bolts with the long nut fin. Maybe the installer didn't have a Phillips screw driver?? Maybe the instructions were in English!! Ugh.

Negatives: Housekeeping missed some things on this room when cleaning. Table between beds had a sticky glass ring on it. The toilet was dirty. We had no wash rags.

Negatives: I've had no issues the times I've stayed at Quality Inn!

Negatives: I Found a meth pipe in closet, I paid pet deposit and they still tried to take money from my card. I would never go here unless u doing drugs or selling butt
