Pictures were nothing like the room. Carpet was worn and needed stretched out. Purchased the hotel room to spend time with friends (no husbands or kids). Asked them to please make it a nice room. Was embarrassed this room was so shabby. Ice mach broken

Nearly every ice machine was out of order. We had to go to almost every floor before we found one that worked. One of our towels had a huge hairball in it and there was rust in the tub. Itd also be nice if they had complimentary coffee in the lobby.

we had to be given three rooms. the first room the bathtub was dirty the second room the bathtub was had dirt and rust, when brought to the attention of the staff, his reply was all he could give me was a bathtub mat after refusing he finally gave a clea
