We were apparently overbooked by booking however the lady at the front desk wasn’t nice at all. She just dismissed us. They never answered back to booking to confirm the overbooking.
Kids were running around and nobody told anything . There were weird people on the parking lot .

I booked and paid for 2 rooms through Booking.com back in May of 2024 to stay in November of 2024 just to be turned away at approximately 7 pm the night of our reservation saying they were booked up and that it was booking.com's fault. The staff was very rude about it saying there was nothing they could do.. I called booking.com that night to cancell our reservations to constantly busy lines from everyone else cancelling their reservations.. When i finally got through they said "They were working on it." I was totally disappointed about this situation and will not stay at Sky Tree ever again.
