Positives: The facilities and room overall were clean and in good repair. Elevator worked well and ice and vending machines readily available. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff friendly. Price was good, but would have been willing to pay more for a pool.

Negatives: I was very disappointed as one of my major desires was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great and very warm but the pool was green and murky, couldn't swim in it. Also the pillows on the bed were extremely small and uncomfortable, although the bed itself was comfy. Also, a lot of homeless people in the area.

Positives: Very convenient for what we were needing

Negatives: Bad experience on the 2nd night of stay and didn't get satisfactory help from staff. Very loud noises coming from room across the hall from 9:30 p.m. to just after 2:00 a.m. Front desk wouldn't answer phone so I had to get dressed and go down to find someone. She was in the breakfast room asleep!!! Very poor service.
