The room was a nice size
Negatives:
The front staff was extremely rude. Check in took over 50 minutes with no explanation. There was old moldy food in the microwave. No towels.

Nothing worst experience I have had in my life . We deserve a refund or something. There was no breakfast other guests were also complaining and in the morning no one at the front desk. Told breakfast person called out . No one to check us in for 40 mins

Everything about this experience was bad . We arrived and no one was at the front. Desk to check us in . We waited 40 mins for someone to come check us in. There was a huge line of 4 others. No hot breakfast or hot coffee just bread. No check out clerk.

The hotel staff were extremely rude. When I called to ask the address, the man who answered yelled at me. And I accidently dropped some pancake mix on the floor while walking it to the trash, before I could pick it up the lady started cussing me out.
Positives:
The night clerk was polite and answered my children's questions. She greeted us and said good bye. The hotel is located with in a moderate walk or drive to numerous food places.
Negatives:
I didn't appreciate the pool being closed with no notice until arrival. The door to the closet was hanging partial off. I couldn't find a hair dryer. The front desk said I had to switch rooms instead of coming to the front desk. I wasn't switching at 7am.

Broken splashboard tile in entryway. Carpet frayed bad along transition from tile to carpet. Jacuzzi tub barely had any pump pressure. GFCI kept tripping in bathroom. Entry door electronics had to insert key cards over and over to get it to get it work
