A.c didn't work,toilet real low to the floor and didn't flush good. External bathrooms were nasty had to tighten toilet seat bolts myself and they charged me extra for sodas I didn't get.

WHEN I OPENED THE DESIGNATED RROM ON THE SECOND I FOUND THAT THE BEED SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE ON THE FLOOR. I WENT BACK TO THE RECEPTIONIST AND SHE GAVE ME ROOM NUMBER 112 ON THE FIRST FLOOR. THE CARPET WAS NOT VACUMED AND THE TILES IN THE BATHRROOM WAS DIRTY. THE LEFT-OVER FOOD FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST WAS SEEN IN THE TRASH CANS. THE ELECTRIIC OUT LETS IN THE BATHOOM WERE LOOSE AND FELT THAT THEY MAY COME OFF AT ANY TIME. THERE WAS NO HAIR DRYER. THE BATHTUB WAS NOT CLEANED AND THE HAIR OF THE PREVIOUS GUEST WAS STICKING ON THE BATHTUB. THE HALLWAY AND THE ANTIQUE ELEVATOR WERE DIRTY. IT WAS SO OBVIOUS THAT THIS ORPERTY IS NOT MAINTAINED WELL BY THE OWNERS. IT IS BETTERR FOR SOME CORPORATE PEOPLE OF YOUR PEOPLE CAN VISIT AND SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING. IT IS A TOTAL DISGRACE. MOREOVER, I HEARD THE DOGS WERE BARKING. ON POSITIVE NOTE- THE BEDS WERE CLEAN.

NEVER EVER RESERVE ROOM IN...

When we checked in, we found out there was no hot water... this information was by another customer not the employee checking us in. I should have been notified by the hotel before my check-in day with the option of staying or staying somewhere else! They had been without hot water already since the day before my check-in. So how are they cleaning, customers can't take showers, extremely cold water when washing hands... I will not be staying there again.

We booked for the indoor pool, pool was so cold the kids couldn’t even get in. Room was somewhat clean but dirt and hair were in every corner shower was not clean clear water damage in bathroom. Closet door mirror was broken we had toddlers they could have cut themselves on the glass.
