Breakfast was good lobby smelled clean when we first walked in.

We booked for the indoor pool, pool was so cold the kids couldn’t even get in. Room was somewhat clean but dirt and hair were in every corner shower was not clean clear water damage in bathroom. Closet door mirror was broken we had toddlers they could have cut themselves on the glass.

Saturday the breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. Sunday, the waffle maker was broken and several items were not available. (No orange juice, no gravy, and no butter. Only a few bagels for pastries.
The lobby staff was very helpful.

Our room had someone else’s dirty shorts under the sink unit in the bathroom. When we reported it, it was taken care of.

Could not use the jacuzzi bathtub in our room due to there being a boiler problem and not having enough hot water. The showers were lukewarm at best. The first night the sheets we slept on were so old and threadbare it felt like sandpaper. We asked the cleaning ladies to change the sheets and they did. The second set was just fine.

Everything outside of the actual room was amazing. Staff was amazing, very friendly and definitely welcoming. Loved them
Negatives:
The room itself was definitely either in the middle of waiting to be redone or just forgotten on the updated list. Bathroom vanity light didn’t work or have a switch for it or the fan. Vanity itself looked old and scratches all over it, tile missing grout, shower curtain rod was loose where it would make the shower curtain just open be itself. I did let the desk know and not a deal breaker. Floor was stained but not like super bad where it was gross. Normalish. Also room smelled musty but not sure it that was from the ac or the people in it before. Over all even with those things, not a total deal breaker for me.
Other than that stuff, for the price I paid for my family and I to literally sleep for about 6 or 7 hours I can’t complain or say I wouldn’t stay there again. I know sometimes the management can’t update some stuff or what not. Maybe we just got a crap room.
