Negatives:
The pocket door of our room was very heavy and difficult to open. I asked for an ADA compient room because I am 71 and have an injury right now and do not want to risk a fall. If a person in a wheelchair fell they could have been trapped in the bathroom away from a phone to call for help because the door is to heavy and difficult to poen especailly if a person was on the floor trying to leverage it open. It also creeks very loudly disturbing the other person sleeping at night.

The room was horrible, smelled like urine covered up with Pine Sol. The coffee maker was under the bathroom sink with the outlet in the cupboard, weirdest thing I've ever seen. Room was dirty and I still can't get over the smell...

Staff were polite and professional. The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Location was convenient.
Negatives:
The room was dark cramped and dingy. There was a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke, probably embedded in the walls. Our clothing picked up the odor and everything had to be laundered with vinegar and baking soda to remove the cigarette smell. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the carpet in bare feet. The heater was so loud we needed to turn it off to sleep. The shower had hot water but it was delivered at very low volume. The beds were large but the mattresses were mushy.

Great location to quickly get to the main drag, services, entertainment, safe, easy to navigate.
Super nice breakfast room overlooking the city & with a view to the mountains.
Negatives:
How close it was to the main road (noisy), room itself not very noise-proof (sound of cars from parking lot, other people coming back from shows around midnight getting to the rooms above), breakfast was heavy on beige foods - not a single piece of fruit, lots of disposable utensils etc. No fan inside the bathroom so it got fogged up really quickly.
