The person checking me in was confused about the reservation and the fact that Booking was charging me $100 more than the charge he showed on his computer and did not know what to do with the extra money. The next morning he was having trouble checking someone else in. The floor in the room, elevator, the ottoman material was flaking off , and I really did not want to touch any surface.

Booked a view king room. Booking said the info was incorrect and hotel staff said it was bookings mistake!! Room with parking lot view for the money was not good.
