Negatives: Poor water pressure Loud fridge

Negatives: We did not like the staff at the front, the mid shift was very rude when we checked in, made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Also, TV in room was not working and asked twice to have it fixed was never fixed and was not able to watch it. All in all this was the worst Hilton property that we have ever stayed at. We are Hilton members and have never been treated as if we were an inconvenience. I work in customer service and your front desk staff need some training on smiling, the welcome, and the goodbye when guests pass through the lobby. I would not recommend this property I would stay next door to the Fairfield, Home 2 Suites, or the element down the road. We chose this property as we have had great experiences on the east coast but apparently the quality changes from property to property.

Negatives: We picked this hotel because of location, AND it was supposed to have a restaurant, open for dinner. It appeared to be in the breakfast area, and was not even open our first night. Only about a dozen items were offered in total, including starters. We were not that desperate, fortunately, and found other places to eat.

Negatives: I would have given a 10 but if you needed anything like extra bedding you had to pick them up your self it seems they don’t have a-lot of staff.

Negatives: Breakfast an additional cost/ would have liked a pool

Negatives: The location while close to the freeway and many shopping and eating options is also located behind a large 24 hour fitness and the parking lot is huge,full of cars and hard to patrol which leads to some "shady" looking people and vehicles parking and loitering in the vicinity. That being said, I have never had to park far from the motel and my vehicle has not been tampered with.
