pillows are uncomfortable. no closet to hang clothes and shower, although adequate had cracks with repairs that made it look like we were in a very cheap run down motel.

The location of the hotel was close distance to shopping center.

The pool was not available like advertised. Once we checked in we found 2 bed bugs in the room. Everyday our keys did not work had to keep going to front office for new keys. Asked front desk & housekeeping for fresh towels & trash & the service was not provided.
