Was bitten by bed bugs and found bed bugs in her room. Was refused refund. Will never go back or book choice motels again.

Found bed bugs in the room soon after arrival. Asked for refund and was told they could only offer a different room. After being bit by a bed bug I was not willing to stay at this motel. Was forced to continue home in high winds after already putting in 9 hours on a motorcycle.

The rooms are very old, smell bad and hotel bathrooms are not maintained with old tile and several black areas and missing caulking on the bathtub surrounds. We couldn't stay there after seeing two different rooms and thankful they had a free cancellation policy. I hesitate to give a negative review as they were very gracious in giving me a refund. If they would update their facility and charge a bit more they could fill what looks to be a lack of clean, good value for your $$ niche in Boardman. The lodging there seemed either very cheap (old and/or dirty) or, IMO, overpriced for basic clean, modern facilities.

Surprisingly nice. From the outside the building looks questionable.Out of the 60"s. My room was very clean and beds were great. Furnishings were semi up to date. Wi Fi was a little sketchy (in and out). All in all a very positive experience.
