Negatives: After a long day of driving (15+ hours) The person who was checking us in at night wouldn't honour our reservation because we got in passed midnight and it was technically a different day. He increased our rate and then couldn't get our key to work, he was rude and unprofessional. We ended up spending an additional 45 minutes going back and forth with faulty keys before we finally got into our room. Overall, it was just a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place.

Positives: The staff was very nice and helpful. Booking.com states this hotel is pet friendly, and it is absolutely not! Thank goodness my dog is a service dog and we were still able to stay there. Booking.com needs to fix that issue.

Negatives: Some crazy lady intentionally backed into someone else's car right outside our room and we went out to see the commotion and this crazy started yelling profanities to my 6, 14, and 16 year old daughters, absolutely scary and not okay.
