Coming in the room looked clean. Well it wasn’t found ants all over the bathroom counters. Went to take the hide bed out of the couch it had huge yellow stain on it. So my daughter slept with us instead. Then went to pull the sheets from the bed to climb into bed and the sheets had huge black/brown stain on 3 of the 4 sheets. Then inside the closet had like clay type stuff inside it like it hadn’t been vacuumed. There were serveral stains on the carpet. Came for family memorial thought for price we would get better quality of environment. Pretty disappointed. Wait can’t forget the main reason why we booked this hotel was for the pool well guess what the heater was broken! We were in 211! When I pay half my rent to stay in a hotel for two nights expecting it to be nice! Honestly I should took pictures but I just thought two nights I can get through it!

Couldn’t check in until 7:00 (was supposed to check in at 4:00). There weren’t any towels in our room and none delivered. Had to ask for towels at the front desk and weren’t available until late at night. The pool was closed and it was over 90 degrees that day.

TV reception was non existent for HBO, just scrambled channel. Only 8 channels and they went off during the night. No way to access internet channels. Two different dogs pooped outside our door and we had to clean up since no one else did.
