Price was fair. Tv, microwave, little refrigerator all worked in the room. Pet friendly.
Negatives:
Two ice machines both broken. Breakfast was poor with only bagels and cereal. Out of both juice and yogurt. There were homeless tents in the bushes behind the motel and there was no river view as advertised.

The only ice machine was out of order and they were sold out of water and the pool was closed. So there was only water from the bathroom sink available. The sink still had toothpaste in it when we checked in and the bed cover had a big stain on it.

My room smelled of cleaners so badly, that I had to even clean CPaP hose when I got home to get smell out. I had to sleep with window open and AC blasting because of smell.
Not great selection for breakfast. Juice machine was broken. Orange juice in fridge, but almost empty. Coffee pots empty.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Being so close to downtown restaurants, shops, and the river was great.
Negatives:
The area designated for pet potty was dark and deserted at night. I chose to walk my dog out by the sidewalk in front and under the lights.

Comfy beds, pleasant staff
Negatives:
Facility is very dated and showing lots of wear. Bathroom shows lots of rust/stains. Bathtub not clean. We did not use as a result.
Strong cigarette smoke coming in the bathroom vent, filling the hotel room. Made us both very ill. Called the front desk. Employee was very nice but commented it was probably coming from outside; it was all hours of the day and night. Not fun.
Sadly, after many years staying here, this will probably be our last.
