Positives: The location for what we needed to do was good.

Negatives: The bed was very uncomfortable . No ice . No jacuzzi, room was not that clean, and no one came once to ask us if we wanted the room cleaned. I had to go ask the housekeeper for towels and amenities. They gave them to us. Door had issues as well. Wish it would have been a better stay. I hate to complain, but it really all was this way.

Positives: It was on the route that we were traveling and they had an opening

Negatives: They advertise the pool and a hot tub which I need it for rehab for my knee but it was broken. Awesome after dinner when we came home, I was ready for a nice restorative bath, but the bathtub is for black hair. I did talk to management and they offered me a small discount which wasnt feasible.

Negatives: Unable to check-in at time of check-in (check-in delayed) there is a curb when you drive in that is unmarked, so front bumpers on vehicles get scraped and my car is now damaged. The pool was dirty and the hot tub inoperable.
