The size of the suite
Negatives:
Staff was mediocre and the number of people needing breakfast didn't match the amount of continental breakfast provided, it wasn't enough compared to the amount of people. We had to go outside the hotel to get breakfast.
Positives:
Both of the things I liked about the Hotel I also disliked a bit. It was clean and comfortable but lacks personality. Loved the free laundry facilities but very inconvenient having to ask the front desk to open the door each time you need to go in to check or switch your laundry. The young lady who was working the front desk during the day was a gem. Very good at her job and other hotel staff could learn a lot from her when it comes to great customer service.
Negatives:
Switched rooms and left an item of value behind, when I asked the front desk just a couple hours later they didn’t seem to concerned or offer any assistance.
