Negatives: Everything. The thin mattress on top of a squeaky frame, the shower smelled like a urinal on a hot day, the walls had stains

Negatives: I reserved a double queen room 3 nights of a site called reservations. Com That went well, we skipped the first night because it was last minute and we didn't make it, second night we arrived and they canceled our reservation, did not refund us money and said we would have to pay again for the 2 nights, refused too let us stay in the paid room. No Refund !

Negatives: I requested an early check-in due to an event via phone and they said that our room was going to be ready. We arrived and our room was barely done. The floor was super wet, smelled bad, bathroom full of dog hair (seems they cleaned as fast as they could). Owners should be responsible of having enough staff during peoples stays.

Negatives: The outside of the building is trashy and full of people who look like they do drugs. The hallways smell and full of sketchy people coming in and out. The rooms were hot during the day but cool at night but we had to keep our window open. Kind of hard to do when your room is right above the smoking area outside. All that cigarette smoke smell coming in was giving me headaches

Negatives: Both security doors are broken. The window to the room is broken. The bed is broken. The entire hotel reeks of cigarettes and urine. At 1am there 8s screaming through the hallways and we left for safety reasons. If this isn't reimbursed, we will sue

Negatives: The staff, room and parking lot "homies" were awful! We walked in and within five minutes, we left and went to another hotel! The lobby reeked of dogs and we were not greeted by woman behind desk.

Negatives: The front desk closes early, I believe like 6 pm. It's not the cleanest but the price was right since we just needed to sleep.

Negatives: Do not stay here!! If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible beds, sticky floors, tv didn't work, hallways stink and the front desk lady tries to have good customer service but lies to your face. We booked a king suite but upon looking at the room we discovered it was a queen bed. We went to the front desk and she was very apologetic and said the king room was booked out for 3 months and wasn't sure why booking.com allowed us to reserve it. She offered a 50% discount for the trouble which was extremely kind. She told us to simply contact booking.com and they could call her for the approval. We'll, she never answered bookings calls or emails and now booking.com won't authorize the refund because the front desk won't answer their phone. I have contacted OYOs corporate office in an attempt to get my money back. Listen to the reviews and do not stay here!!!

Negatives: Noisy at night/evening. Dirty towels, bathroom. There was hair in shower and around sink.

Negatives: The tv in my room only had 1 working cable channel

Negatives: The service and also giving A REFUND BACK.

Negatives: The bed was hard as a rock. I literally got no sleep. The room was also pretty dirty.The floor was gross, my feet were covered in gross stuff when I went to the bathroom from the bed.The top of the toilet was covered in air and dirt, the shower was dirty.

Negatives: The place was disgusting, dirty , Floors were sticky, shower had hair all over , even the restroom had hair all on the back of the bowl and tank . The workers stayed next door and smoked pot all night . The room has no airflow So we had to open the window . With no screen. And the smoke was ungodly
