Quality Inn Madras

Positives: The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food served in a pleasant and clean sitting area. I appreciated getting the special accommodations I requested when booking my reservation. It was so helpful to have a 1st floor room with a parking space nearby because of my physical limitations. When I inquired at check-in the staff provided a nice restaurant recommendation within close walking distance for an enjoyable dinner. I also liked that the hotel was easy to find right on my main travel route.

Positives: Very clean. Well kept property. I was a bit stressed getting to the property, as it was evening commute and one way streets. Upon arriving, Heather, the evening manager, was great. Her friendly attitude and demeanor, allowed me to totally relax. Prior to this, I called their customer service, unfortunately I cannot remember his name, was great. He stayed on the phone until I had reached my destination! Hows that for customer service!

Positives: The staff was helpful, respectful and ensured that we had a great experience. Breakfast is always tasty, plentiful, tasty and warm. The location is right in the heart of the action of the city.

Positives: Breakfast was not anything out of the ordinary, but it was good.

Positives: The location was hard to find, it is tucked in the back of a McDonalds. Worse was the facility and I am attaching pics showing the front door which was extremely difficult to open, then the air conditioner lid was broken, of all of the bathroom lights only one worked. The toilet/bathroom door could not be closed in you were in the bathroom as it was so small and the door swung within two inches of the toilet. Then there was an enormous party next door at 2:30 in the morning, which I reported and continued for another hour after my call, nothing was done I travel to Bellevue consistently for work and will NEVER stay here again and will review all Priceline recommendations after this stay.
