Comfortable bed, good breakfast
Negatives:
Drug deals and homeless in parking lot. Room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Very snarky lady at the reception desk in the mornings. I tried hard to be friendly and polite but she had a chip on her shoulder. Maybe she is an owner because she parks her Mercedes right out front, but maybe she should let her employees deal with the public.

The gal at the check in counter was not friendly at all. The hotel is very run down. The bed was sagging in the middle. The continental breakfast was not good at all. The eggs and sausage tasted as if they were cooked in a microwave.

One of the beds had a pee stain on the mattress protector. I always pull up the sheets at any hotel I stay at and check for cleanliness. I let the person at the front desk know about it and he didn't make any note of it and they charged me $250 for it.

The property was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be in Medford. We were in town for a 3 day soccer tournament. Walmart is pretty much next door, but the lobby also had plenty of drinks and snacks for purchase. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Free hot breakfast is always a bonus as well

Homeless problem. I know its everywhere but unfortunately for this hotel- theres a veterans park right in front of the property and theres just sooo many homeless people living in it. I just made sure not to leave anything of value in my car at night

This was the second time staying here, its extremely clean and the staff are all super friendly!

The only thing I didnt like was anytime I rolled over or moved in bed it was made a loud creaking noise
