Positives:
The property was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be in Medford. We were in town for a 3 day soccer tournament. Walmart is pretty much next door, but the lobby also had plenty of drinks and snacks for purchase. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Free hot breakfast is always a bonus as well

Homeless problem. I know it’s everywhere but unfortunately for this hotel- there’s a veterans park right in front of the property and there’s just sooo many homeless people living in it. I just made sure not to leave anything of value in my car at night

I liked how welcoming and helpful the staff was. I liked the availability of a microwave in the room as well as the size of the tv. The bathroom was nice and clean and there was good airflow in the room.
Negatives:
There was a smell everywhere except for in the room and it was awful. The microwave smelled badly. The bedroom sheets were stained so hard to tell if clean. Furniture seems a little outdated.

Simple no frills room, staff was friendly. Nice little snack bar in the lobby and a pretty spacious pool

Obvious signs of wear and tear throughout the lobby and room. Torn and stained drapes and sheets, bed was not made properly upon checking in. Mini fridge was dirty and broken. Bathroom was in pretty bad shape with a mystery leak in the floor, several light bulbs out, and a poorly patched hole in the wall next to the tub

I had a tough tome getting my key to work in any doors. I met some ladies and they too had issues using they're key. It did work but took anywhere from 5 to 10 times inserting and reinserting key for it to work. My room and the pool. Some shady people at the park by parking lot but they didn't cause trouble and didn't hear them once in room. Either issue was not a big deal and I would definitely stay there again
