The pool is open late and early. Breakfast is always good. Coffee was good and hot have a great inventory for coffee supplies. I did use the iron and was glad it worked flawlessly and wasn't burnt up and leaving black stuff on my white shirt. The AC worked well.
Negatives:
The room was a bit dirty. A little food crumbs left in microwave. Hair in the bathroom floor. Room needed vacuuming when I took off my shoes I could feel stuff in the carpet. The king size bed was not very comfortable it seemed old and broke down. The outside looked dirty as well garbage laying around in places it shouldn't be. No towels in the pool area I asked at 9 pm she said they were drying but by 10 when kids have to leave they hadn't brought any. The juice dispenser tasted like all the juice was very watered down it was disgusting. Late in the night after 10 pm the entire building smells like Marijuana in the halls elevator stair wells. It's definitely stinky. People were smoking weed right beside my car not more than 5 ft from the side entry door. Several vehicles were parked in 2 spots which made it hard to park. I've stayed her alot, every time I go to Medford I get a room here for the last 10 years. It's not gotten better seems like it's alot worse unfortunately especially for the price.

This property was awesome in all respects. This is a travel hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us park our trailer, and meet our xtra requests after we had an unexpected car repair on the road late on a Saturday afternoon. We were really fortunate to stay here! They even gave us a treat for our pup! Great location.
