Our toilet stopped working? We aren't sure what happened; they fixed it, but it took a few hours. But overall everything was good.

The front desk was always nice and polite. The rooms are always clean. The food is always good and the cookie in the afternoon is a treat! They location is close to an amazing bakery and a Walmart super store. We love the Harry and David's right behind the hotel.
Negatives:
The tv in both my room and my dads room was awful. They took up to 5 minutes to change a channel. That was annoying for sure. This time there were many more homeless people in the park and I noticed they frequently came up to the front of the hotel. Prior visits it wasn't so bad. Thankfully no issues, just cause to keep an eye out.

Location. Easy access to gas station, restaurants, and freeway on and off-ramps. Seating: It was nice to have a couch to sit in for reading, or using my cell phone.

Shower/tub too narrow. Door in bathroom awkward. Sink stopper did not hold water.
