Breakfast options were excellent. All condiments anyone could ever want for food including peanut butter! News on tv to know weather for the week, etc. Very clean and easy location convenient to George Fox and main streets. Super friendly staff!

Smelled like a bad 80's first date. (Drakkar, and Musk). Stuffy, and air conditioner filters need to be cleaned. Bring your allergy medication, you'll need it.

I traveled on a holiday,...

I arrived with my adult niece between 9:30-10 PM. The room was adequate, a bit old and the beds were not comfortable. We also heard an air compressor all night long making it hard to sleep. All of this was ok, even though the room was very expensive. The real issue was we left at 8:30 AM and had NEVER TOUCHED THE ROOM PHONE. I got an email from Booking.com telling me I had damaged the phone and was going to be charged $150. I called the hotel 4 times and never got a return call from the manager. The fifth time I told the person I did not need to tell them my name and they needed to put me through. The manager and I ended up in a yelling match about the fact that I say I never touched the pone (the truth) and he says I broke it and they are keeping my $75 deposit and charging me $75 more. I have tried calling Wyndam's corporate office and get not one in their phone change. I filed a dispute with my bank. I am angry about the amount of time I have spent on this during a very special vacation trip with my niece to celebrate her college graduation. I will NEVER stay at a Travel Lodge again and I will NEVER use Booking.com. I had been warned about third party sites and will only work directly with a hotel. I also will now be making a video anytime I enter a rental. I have such a bad taste right now for corporate America. Wouldn't it be nice if you contact me and help me get this crazy charge off my bill. Not going to happen as no one will read this who will take the time for customer care.
