I made a reservation thru booking.com and had a couple questions before my stay. I called ahead and was assured that the things I needed a bit of help with would be handled before my arrival. At check in, Ben told me that they had very old shower chairs in storage so they purchased a new one for my stay. That made my stay that much better!

Room smelled like dog urine badly. Couldn't sleep because of it. The hotel did work with me and offer a refund, though so that was a plus.

Coffee was bad, room smelled. Seemed to have a lot of homeless people around.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room here was rather spartan, however, as we were here to visit family, we were only looking for a conviently located place to shower and sleep. This motel fit the bill without breaking the budget! Located right on Hwy 101 and across from a Fred Myer for anything you may have forgotten to pack, it was surprisingly quiet. Very clean and a quite comfortable bed. Also, we were charmed by the original painting in the room! Playfully painted directly on the wall and framed over the top...being an artist myself, I appreciated this personal touch!!! Please let the artist know we thought it was a wonderful work!

The beds are not comfortable, not enough pillows, and we only had 2 bathtowels for 3 people. Room was a little chilly even with little wall heater on

The staff was very friendly and efficient
Negatives:
Hair on bathroom floor, room didn't look as clean ad it should have been. The beds were very springy. I was alone with my two daughters and we were getting light knocking on the door. There was a lot of loud bangs and doors slamming in a near by room and a woman screaming. My girls were afraid so we left shortly after checking in.
