The pool was way to cold to even think about getting in. The breakfast options were very limited with cold cereal, bagels and the fruit cups with syrup in them.

Price was great. Staff at the facility was awesome.

Water damaged bathroom and toilet seat damage, the floor had rust stains from bed frame, broken hangers, old musky smell. The sink sprayed all over our shirt when used. The pool house needs upkeep and fixed shower.

After paid we were told the pool and spa was closed after we asked where it was located since it's on the opposite side of the hotel in a different building and they didn't offer breakfast due to juice mechanic and food warmers being broke.

The one thing I did like was that they let us have a later check out.
Negatives:
I was not happy as I had called and asked if the pool and hot tub would be open and was told yes it was, that it the reason we booked this hotel got there and the pool and hot tub were not opened. Also there was no hot water, Very disappointed.

I honestly cannot think of something that was great about our experience. All I know is it was a place to sleep and paid for what we got.

Nothing this hotel was the WORST part of our trip and that includes us driving through the mountain passes with snow and ice.

EVERYTHING! The pictures on your website do not clearly represent this hotel. Maintenance has not been kept up! Room 117 had leaking windows with mold, dirty, broken bed

Again it was an average hotel. Not really what I expected for the price. Amenities few. Pool area average. Water in pool too cold . Shower did not work as well as the sauna which was not operational. Tv stations was lacking. Unable to operate

The location is awesome! The ocean is behind the hotel. Although it is a very steep decline if you want to get down to the beach.

It was hard to sleep due to all the noise from people above you, and the toilet kept filling up and making noise all night long.

Elevator & outside hallway was in need of cleaning. Strong draft from under the front door. The room itself was clean with a nice bed. Hot water heater was not working one morning . They did comp that day though.
