The pool was so cold it was unusable - like rivaled the ocean cold. The hot tub was luke warm, and the sauna was busted. The breakfast had very minimal options available.

Great view & short walking distance to the beach and a few shops. Could also just cross the street for an amazing view of the ocean and watch the sunset.
Negatives:
Breakfast didn't open until 8am, which is probably nice except we had to be at our event at 8 am so a 7am breakfast would have been nice.

Price was great. Staff at the facility was awesome.
Negatives:
Water damaged bathroom and toilet seat damage, the floor had rust stains from bed frame, broken hangers, old musky smell. The sink sprayed all over our shirt when used. The pool house needs upkeep and fixed shower.
