the room was nice for the price i would stay again. the cleaning crew just needs to do better my bed was left with dirty sheets that had hair all over and stains. had to ask the front desk to change the sheets.
Negatives:
i understand that new employees are learning but they need to double check what the customer actually needs to pay when checking in. I was charged for my room 2x and other miscellaneous fees that were unexpected. and ruined my vacation since i was left without enough money to enjoy the way it was planned.
