Between Sunday, Oct 6th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Oct 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Oct 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 7, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Nice room. Quite. Good laundry facility

Negatives: Sketchy neighborhood. Lots of homeless. Didn't feel my vehicle was safe. Low water toilet is worthless. And do not expect a breakfast here. A hard boiled egg and oatmeal is what you'll get.

Negatives: Having a kitchen is good. But having to go to the front desk and asking for utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, is a hassle. Elevator was not clean and the construction of it felt sketchy.

Positives: Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast mainly for grab and go but surprised me with hot cereal.

Negatives: The room is not ready, the electric socket at the kitchenet no power yet, stove and microwave unable to use. No coffee maker, i.e. unable to even make hot water. Also, only coffee available in front desk, ie. unable to make tea. Staff are helpful to give us a coffee maker when I called receptionist. Bathroom wall curb not completed.

Positives: The breakfast had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit bars, coffee and tea. The room was comfortable with everything that you need. The bathroom room was big and comfortable. The whole hotel looks like it was renovated.
